Step into the shadows. Honor the ancestors.
Cross the veil.
On the turning night between seasons, when the veil between worlds grows thin, we gather in candlelight to remember, release, and renew.
Embers & Shadows is a two-hour immersive ritual blending slow, grounding yoga, drumming, breathwork, chanting, ancestral remembrance, and Tarot.
Together, we’ll honor the wisdom of endings and welcome the seeds of what’s yet to come.

What You’ll Experience
Step into a candlelit sanctuary where autumn’s magic meets the mat.
Honor your ancestors, light your candle, and offer your heart to the altar.
Breathe through a yoga flow woven with prayer and intention.
Be anointed, blessed, and guided on a drum journey into the underworld.
Release what no longer serves you in the glow of the cauldron fire.
Listen for messages in the tarot, the chant, and the quiet.
Close in community with tea, sweet treats, and stories shared.

Why Samhain?
Samhain (pronounced SOW-in) is the ancient Celtic festival marking the new year, a time to honor ancestors and the cyclical nature of life. It is a night when endings and beginnings meet, and the veil between worlds is at its thinnest.
In this sacred container, we’ll weave the threads of yoga, ritual, and remembrance into a tapestry of presence and devotion.

Is This for Me?
Absolutely.
Embers & Shadows is designed for anyone who feels called to honor the season — whether you come for the movement, the meditation, the ritual, or simply the experience of gathering in sacred space.
No prior yoga experience is required. All postures will be guided slowly and mindfully, with options for support and rest. If you are new to yoga, you’ll find the pace accessible and the atmosphere welcoming. If you are a seasoned practitioner, you’ll discover depth in the breathwork, the meditative stillness, and the ceremonial layers woven throughout the evening.
This is a space for quiet reflection, shared intention, and the kind of embodied practice that meets you exactly where you are — body, mind, and spirit.
