About me…

My journey into yoga truly ignited in 2015, when a dear friend invited me to a kirtan with Bhagavan Das. The devotional energy of Bhakti Yoga, the chanting, the love that pulsed through the space — it cracked something open in me. I left that experience forever changed, with a deep longing to explore the spiritual and healing power of yoga.

From there, I immersed myself in the world of Kundalini yoga, guided by the teachings of Jai Dev and Kia Miller, and found fierce feminine inspiration in teachers like Seane Corn. These early practices became my sanctuary — a space to breathe, release, and reconnect to something ancient and true. Over the years, yoga has been my anchor through change and challenge, a ritual of embodiment, prayer, and presence.

Along the way, Ram Dass became a guiding light in my spiritual awakening. His words continue to ground and comfort me, reminding me to come back to the heart. I’ve also been deeply influenced by Dr. Joe Dispenza, whose work with consciousness and meditation has profoundly shaped the way I approach stillness and inner transformation.

More recently, I’ve found myself drawn deeply into the discipline of Ashtanga yoga. I’m currently completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training and will begin offering classes in early 2025. My teaching blends the structure and fire of Ashtanga with the soulful essence of Bhakti, the breathwork of Kundalini, and the sacred curiosity that has always guided me. Each class is an invitation — to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and return to your inner wild.

To me, yoga is far more than asana — it’s a lifestyle, a way of seeing and being in the world. It’s the way I breathe, the way I listen, the way I return to the present moment again and again. My hope is to create spaces where people feel safe to explore themselves fully — body, mind, and spirit — and to connect in community rooted in authenticity and love.
